Saykha (UNIT IV)Project Development
- ADPL has started new plant construction of land admeasuring 53593 sq. mtr. EC permission of 1725MT/Month for Dyes Intermediates and 1895MT/Month for Dyes production in an up coming modern industrial estate – SAYKHA which is going to be largest future chemical hub specifically for Dyes and dyestuff. It is set up by Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation.
- We are also working on new products development in our laboratory for future manufacturing.
- Suggestion and potential collaborations ( technical /strategic) from industrial friends from India and abroad are most welcome.
- Phase I -Planning to set up mention products comprising:
a) 50 MT/Month of Sulphonation Based
b) 20 MT/Month of Acetylation & Bechamp reduction based
c) 40 MT/Month of Diazotization & Coupling based;
d) 15MT/Month of Condensation & Redox reaction based;
e) 15 MT/Month of Methoxylation, Nitration & Catalytic Hydrogenation based and
f) 10 MT/Month of Fusion Reaction based. - Phase I- Commercial production is likely to start by Nov. 2023
