Product General Information
These are Bis monochlorotriazine reactive dyes having a low reactivity and more substantivity. They have a significantly high exhaustion and high fixation efficiency. Due to the high fixation, washing-off of the dyed goods is easier resulting in the saving of water and energy. Also the drained liquor, after dyeing, contains a much less quantity of unfixed dyes resulting in less pollution problems
The useful features of ‘HE’ / ‘HEXL’ dyes are as under :
1. Excellent build-up in high as well as low liquor ratios.
2. The high fixation is of particular importance while dyeing polyester/cellulose blend when liquor ratio is
quite high. Under the circumstances, conventional reactive dyes show low dyeing efficiency and poor build-up.
3. Excellent reproducibility, batch to batch.
4. Wide applicability on yarn, piece material, loose stock and garments.
5. Wide choice of equipment to suit particular application.
The special features of HEXL dyes are:
1. Pale shades. Level dyeing and suitable for dyeing difficult substances.
2. Excellent build-up, reproducibility and levelling properties.
3. Right – first – time dyeing.
4. Suitability for post bleaching, post mercerization and good oxidative wash fastness.
