ASSOFIX ‘ME’ DYES

Assofix ‘ME’ Dyes

These Dyes are double Anchor Reactive Dyes where a Vinyl Sulphone Group is linked to chromophore through a Monochlorotriazine group as a bridge link.

Properties of ‘ME’ Dyes

1. Excellent self life
2. Good brilliancy of shades
3. Excellent levelling and reproducibility in dyeings
4. Very less difference between percentage of exhaustion and fixation of dyes thus less effluent problem and hence eco-friendly
5. Dye fibre bond between vinyl sulphone group and cellulose is stable to acid hydrolysis and hence dyed goods stability to industrial acidic atmosphere is very good
6. Risk of staining on adjacent whites is minimum since the hydrolysed part of Assofix ‘ME’ Dyes is made up of Hydroxy Ethyl Sulphone which has practically no affinity for cellulose.
7. Exhibits excellent Alkali stability
8. It has got good all round fastness properties

During the Dyeing Process these dyes are practically less sensitive to

1. Varying material to liquor ratio
2. Varying dyeing temperature (± 5°C)
3. Variance in salt and alkali concentration (± 10%)
